Multiliquid raises $8 million across two funding rounds

Uniform Labs has raised $8 million across pre-seed and seed rounds for Multiliquid, its tokenized-asset settlement platform, according to The Block’s report on the funding. The report says Polychain led the seed round, which also included Strobe Ventures, CMT Digital, Metalayer Ventures, Generative Ventures and Circle Ventures.

When were the rounds raised, and who led them?

Founder and CEO Will Beeson told The Block that the pre-seed round was raised between May and June 2025, and the seed between April and June 2026. The company announced the seed round on Oct. 16, according to its funding announcement distributed by PR Newswire.

The announcement names the same investors and says the two rounds bring Multiliquid’s total funding to $8 million. Beeson did not disclose how the total was divided between rounds or the company’s valuation, The Block reported.

How does Multiliquid handle tokenized assets?

The platform lets institutions convert tokenized assets into stablecoins, or the reverse, in a single atomic transaction. The Block reported that it is live on Ethereum and Solana; the company says it supports funds from Wellington Management, VanEck, Janus Henderson and Fasanara, along with USDC.

Beeson told The Block that some tokenized assets still have subscription and redemption processes that take several days. He said Multiliquid automates conversions at net asset value and settles both sides together on-chain.

What will the $8 million fund next?

Beeson told The Block the funding will support protocol engineering, new liquidity and trading venue partners, and integrations for more tokenized cash and Treasury products across Ethereum Virtual Machine networks and Solana. He said the platform is handling initial pilot transactions and is adding liquidity providers in the fourth quarter.

The company has not disclosed transaction volume, assets settled, user numbers or institutional client counts, according to The Block. The timing and scale of the planned integrations remain unconfirmed.
